Job Title: Qualified Electrician (Permanent Position)
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Salary: Competitive salary - £37,500 to £47,800 plus overtime

The Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual looking for long-term stability within a respected company.

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and fault-finding
- Working across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites
- Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues efficiently
- Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Proven experience in electrical work
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
- 2391 or equivalent preferred but not essential
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Air conditioning installation a big advantage but not essential

Desirable (but Not Essential)
- Experience with air conditioning systems (installation, maintenance, or controls)
- Experience with heating controls and BMS systems
