A growing, profitable international SaaS business is seeking a Finance Manager to join its expanding finance team. This is a newly created role offering significant exposure across financial control, management reporting, international operations, and process improvement within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of the month-end process, management accounts, group consolidations, and oversight of overseas entities, while helping to build a scalable finance function capable of supporting continued growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional who enjoys improving processes, driving efficiencies, and partnering with stakeholders across a growing international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely delivery of management accounts.
- Prepare consolidated reporting across multiple international entities.
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and maintain a strong financial control environment.
- Manage relationships with external overseas accountants and external advisors.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements.
- Support statutory compliance, audits, and governance activities.
- Mentor junior members of the finance team.

Essential Requirements
Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Previous experience working within a SaaS business is essential.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills are essential.
- Proven experience owning month-end close and management reporting processes.
- Experience producing consolidated accounts within a multi-entity environment.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership within a remote-first business.
- Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation and technology.
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to international entities and multi-currency reporting.
- Experience with subscription revenue models, deferred revenue, ARR, and MRR reporting.
- Knowledge of Xero or similar cloud-based finance systems.
- Experience improving finance processes through automation and technology.
