Your Responsibilities
- Inspection of devices in accordance with Olympus Global Inspection Standards
- Generate repair guidance for Repair Technicians based on their inspection findings
- Review customer documentation to ensure their requirements have been met
- Logging of inspection failures for further review by the Service Management team
- Use of a computer-based service management system
- Use of tooling and test equipment
- Measurement by means of visual inspection and function checks
Your Qualification
You don't need previous experience repairing or working with medical devices, as we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed. What matters most is your enthusiasm for learning, your attention to detail, and your pride in delivering quality work. Who we're looking for, will have:
- The ability to understand written technical information
- Previous Quality or Inspection experience is advantageous, but not essential to apply
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and share information
- Good computer skills, including the ability to accurately record information using digital systems
- A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working as part of a team and are happy to support colleagues where needed
- A commitment to working safely, embracing continuous improvement, and helping us deliver exceptional quality for our customers
