Job Role
Located within Champneys Tring, you will be employed by Champneys as a Nail Artist with all the incredible Townhouse support and technical training.

Responsibilities
As Shift Leader/ Senior Nail Technician you will be conducting treatments whilst taking on supervisory responsibilities.
- Keep a close eye on day-to-day activities, assist the Salon Manager in a smooth running of the salon.
- Set the tone for teamwork and positivity, fostering a collaborative atmosphere among our salon staff.
- Ensure every customer receives outstanding service that aligns with Townhouse’s high standards and address any concerns or issues professionally.
- Opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness and organisation, and assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Onboard new team members, providing guidance and ongoing support to help them succeed.
- Monitor team performance and address any concerns promptly. Work with Salon Manager to implement plans for performance improvement when needed.
- Assist in creating and maintaining staff schedules, ensuring we have the right team in place during busy times.
- Drive salon team to actively recommend and sell Townhouse nail care products tailored to each client’s needs, contributing to salon retail targets.
- Work within a cluster of salons, you may be required to work in other salons.

Requirements and Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy, Nail Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate previous experience as a Shift Leader/ Salon Supervisor or Senior Nail Technician.
- Must have full-time availability, including weekends.
- Have knowledge of nail products, techniques, and current trends.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
