Zero2Five are proud to be working with a high-quality day nursery in Kettering, who are looking for a passionate Level 3+ Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and dedicated team.

The Role

Position: Qualified Nursery Practitioner: Level 3 or above
Location: Kettering
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Working hours: Monday-Friday, varied shifts between 7:30am-6:30pm
Working pattern: Choice of a 4 or 5-day week
Salary: A GBP 27,289.60-A GBP 30,929.60 per annum (pro-rata)
Hourly rate: A GBP 13.12-A GBP 14.87 per hour

  • Do you have a full and relevant Early Years qualification? You hold a Level 3 qualification or above.
  • Do you create opportunities for learning? You use your knowledge of the EYFS to plan and provide fun, engaging activities that support children's learning through play. You observe, assess, and record children's progress.
  • Do you support safeguarding? You help make sure every child feels safe, valued, and happy, while promoting their health, safety, and well-being.
  • Do you work well with others? You enjoy working closely with children, parents, and colleagues. You communicate well and build strong, positive relationships.
