The Role

As the organisation continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Qualified Person (QP) to join its UK Quality team. This is a broad and influential role combining QP responsibilities with wider quality leadership in an international environment.

You will:

  • Perform QP duties and batch certification/release activities in line with applicable GMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide oversight of key quality systems and support continued compliance.
  • Lead and support deviations, complaints, CAPAs and quality risk assessments.
  • Provide QP oversight of product quality reviews and activities supporting batch release.
  • Support audits, inspections and inspection readiness.
  • Provide GxP and quality guidance across the business.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve quality issues and maintain product supply.
  • Drive continuous improvement across quality processes and systems.

About You

You will be an eligible Qualified Person in the UK with strong pharmaceutical industry experience and a detailed understanding of GxP and pharmaceutical quality systems.

You will ideally bring:

  • A life sciences degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Eligibility to act as a Qualified Person in the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of GMDP requirements across manufacturing, packaging, licensing and batch release.
  • Experience of investigations, CAPAs, risk assessment and continuous improvement.
  • Experience across multiple dosage forms would be advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
