This is an opportunity to join a company that values quality workmanship, professionalism, personal growth, and team culture. You'll work on a variety of projects, take ownership of your work, and play a key role in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.

If you're the type of person who likes solving problems, getting the job done right the first time, and being part of a business that's continually improving, we'd love to hear from you.

What's In It For You?

  • Consistent project-based and maintenance work
  • Supportive and experienced leadership team
  • Strong team culture with regular communication and support
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Opportunity to mentor apprentices and develop leadership skills
  • Clear pathway towards future leadership opportunities

  • Work with systems and processes that help you succeed

The Role

As a Qualified Plumber, you'll work closely with the Site Leader to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You'll be trusted to work independently, communicate proactively, identify issues before they become delays, and contribute to keeping projects running smoothly.

Success in this role comes from taking ownership, maintaining high standards, and consistently delivering quality workmanship.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
