The Role
As a Qualified Plumber, you'll work closely with the Site Leader to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You'll be trusted to work independently, communicate proactively, identify issues before they become delays, and contribute to keeping projects running smoothly.
Success in this role comes from taking ownership, maintaining high standards, and consistently delivering quality workmanship.

Your Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Complete plumbing work safely and efficiently
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with minimal defects or call-backs
- Follow plumbing regulations, company procedures, and project plans
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact project timelines
- Maintain organised, productive work areas
- Ensure materials and equipment are prepared ahead of time
Team Contribution
- Support the Site Leader in delivering successful projects
- Assist apprentices and junior team members
- Share knowledge and experience with the wider team
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude on site
Administration
- Complete timesheets, job notes, and documentation accurately
- Record materials used on projects
- Keep project information up to date within company systems
Health & Safety
- Follow all health and safety requirements
- Participate in toolbox and safety meetings
- Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly
- Maintain PPE and safety equipment
Professionalism
- Represent Ka Pai Plumbing professionally at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised vehicle and work environment
- Build positive relationships with clients, builders, suppliers, and team members

- Qualified and licensed plumber
- Strong technical plumbing knowledge
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
