The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)

We are looking for a level 3 or above Early Years Qualified Practitioner. To create inspiring learning experiences and support children’s learning and development in a fun, unique, nurturing environment.

You’ll be a key part of creating incredible early years experiences and will be responsible for:

  • Deliver engaging, hands-on learning through EYFS
  • Be a key person — supporting children’s development and wellbeing
  • Plan, observe, and track progress using Famly
  • Support all children, including those with SEND
  • Work closely with your team to create a positive environment
  • Build strong relationships with parents
  • Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and organisation

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 or Above Early Years qualification
  • You’re great at creating engaging learning experiences
  • You’ve got experience with EYFS and ideally Famly
  • You’re proactive, organised, and full of positive energy
  • You enjoy working with children and being part of a team
  • You can handle a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • You’re (almost!) as fun as the rest of us 😉
  • You’re reliable, hard-working, and genuinely care

From morning welcomes to outdoor adventures, planning activities to farm visits — every day is different.

One minute you’re leading a learning activity
 Next you’re on a farm visit
 Then you’re supporting a child’s big developmental milestone.
