Job role: Qualified Senior Dental Nurse

Practice: Alpha Dental Care - Marston Green

Location:

21 Station Road, Marston Green, Birmingham, B37 7AB

Position:

Part-time - 3 days

Salary:

Competitive (Depending on experience and qualifications - dental-related)

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Qualified Senior Dental Nurse to join the team at Alpha Dental Care - Marston Green.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident Senior Dental Nurse who enjoys leading by example, supporting colleagues, and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. What you'll be doing

As our Senior Dental Nurse, you'll play a key role in both patient care and practice leadership by:

  • Leading and supporting the dental nursing team to maintain high clinical standards
  • Working closely with the Practice Manager and clinicians to ensure the smooth running of the practice
  • Providing outstanding chairside support across a range of NHS and private treatments
  • Supporting the induction, training, and development of new and existing team members
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC and GDC standards
  • Managing stock, equipment, and clinical resources effectively
  • Promoting a positive, professional, and patient-focused culture throughout the practice

Could you be a Qualified Senior Dental Nurse for Riverdale Healthcare?

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds current GDC registration
  • Has up-to-date Hepatitis B vaccinations and immunisations
  • Has previous experience as a Senior Dental Nurse or is an experienced Dental Nurse ready to step into a senior role
  • Has excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Leads by example and enjoys supporting and developing others
  • Is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care
  • Works well as part of a collaborative team and thrives in a busy practice environment
