Description

Full Time / 37 Hours Per Week / Permanent

A welcome payment of £5000 will be offered to a suitable candidate with appropriate experience.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified lawyer to join our litigation team. We are seeking a lawyer to undertake legal work in a range of different areas within the civil litigation team, including both contentious and non-contentious work in the spheres of Landlord and Tenant litigation (commercial and residential), Housing Law, Homelessness, Judicial Review proceedings and Adult Social Care debt.

Responsibilities

  • Experience of dealing with rent disputes (both commercial and residential leasehold)
  • Contested debt
  • General landlord and tenant matters
  • Experience of dealing with litigated cases (both Claimant and Defendant work) across a variety of different legal areas
