The Quality team works closely with all major stakeholders in the commercial team, from buying to merchandising, digital and web teams, packaging and sustainability.

We are seeking a Quality Admin Assistant to support our team with the day-to-day admin of our product development. This role will involve working with our Product Technologists to ensure we have a detailed log of our compliance, technical files & customer product investigations.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills and a strong interest in organisation and efficiencies.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the team with logging technical files and updating the technical files to our internal portal.
  • Working with the Product Technologists to investigate product issues, implement and log correct actions.
  • Working with the Technical team to help support on project work, including sustainability focuses.
  • Working with the Product performance team and the Customer Care team to log customer complaints, poor reviews and product inspection requests.
  • Supporting the Product performance team in weekly data reporting.

What we'll look for in you

  • High degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and will be able to communicate with people at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise workload, make things happen and take initiative.
  • Naturally analytical person who will want to understand how products are made and how they work and perform.
