Connected Health - Quality Administrator

Connected Health is currently seeking a Full-Time Quality Administrator to work closely with the Quality Manager in supporting the day-to-day running of the business. The role will be based in our Belfast office.

The Quality Administrator will act as a key communication link between internal departments and frontline staff, ensuring clear communication, effective workflow and consistent delivery of business objectives. The role is essential in supporting teams, identifying and resolving issues, maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is communicated effectively across the organisation.

The role will also support staff engagement and retention by maintaining regular communication with staff, identifying concerns at an early stage and working with relevant Managers to provide appropriate support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete administration of the day-to-day Quality Department, ensuring documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Serve as a central communication link between internal departments and new frontline staff.
  • Monitor new starter timelines, track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of correspondence, agreements and decisions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot communication gaps or administrative issues, escalating as needed.
  • Assist in drafting reports, summaries and updates for Senior Management.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Assist with preparation for annual inspections.
  • Compile monthly and annual reports.
  • Complete business and KPI reporting.
  • Maintain employee records in line with policy requirements.
  • Manage NISCC applications and monitor registration across the business.
  • Support Area Managers with compliance and operational functions.
  • Support staff engagement and retention by maintaining regular communication with staff, identifying concerns at an early stage and providing appropriate support to help address issues and improve staff retention.
  • Engage with staff to understand any concerns or challenges they may be experiencing, working with the relevant Manager to identify appropriate solutions and support.

Key Skills/Experience Required

  • 6 months previous administration/compliance experience essential, in healthcare setting desirable
  • Communication - ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Problem solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Highly efficient in MS Office systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Sharepoint
  • Experience of compiling and presenting reports
