Talented people are the key to our success.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Quality Advisor to join our team on a major electricity transmission framework, supporting the delivery of a range of exciting infrastructure schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to further develop their skills and take on increasing levels of responsibility.

Working within a high-profile transmission project environment, you will play a key role in supporting the quality management and assurance processes associated with large-scale overhead line and substation works. You will work closely with project teams and supply chain partners to ensure construction activities are delivered in line with project quality requirements, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to nationally significant energy infrastructure projects while developing your career within a supportive and collaborative organisation.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of project quality management processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and oversee site activities to ensure compliance with project quality requirements, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Undertake quality inspections, audits, reviews, and surveillance activities across project sites.
  • Ensure subcontractors and delivery teams comply with quality assurance and quality control requirements.
  • Promote progressive assurance practices to identify and resolve quality issues at the earliest opportunity.
  • Review, manage, and maintain quality records and documentation, ensuring timely completion and compliance with project requirements.
  • Support the preparation, review, and close-out of inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality reports, and non-conformance documentation.
  • Coordinate with project, engineering, construction, and supply chain teams to drive quality performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying quality risks and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support project handover activities by ensuring all quality documentation is complete, accurate, and auditable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
