Quality Advisor Opportunity

Shirley Parsons are partnering with a longstanding client to recruit a Quality Advisor for a significant infrastructure and energy project based in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major long-term project and play a key role in driving quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement across site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular inspections/audits of sites and workplaces in accordance with Company Policy, Procedures and other stated requirements.
  • Support the management of non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on quality performance and trends.
  • Review Quality statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collate and review Business / Contract Quality statistics in a timely manner and submit to the Quality Management and Quality function for reporting purposes.
  • Deliver quality briefings and support teams in driving improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 standards.

About You:

  • 3-5 years' experience within a Quality Advisor, Quality Engineer, Quality Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
  • Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification desirable.
  • Experience conducting audits and managing non-conformances.
  • Relevant Quality Membership (CQI)
