Warranty Specialist Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warranty Specialist Analyst to join a busy Customer Claims team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical background who enjoys fault finding, problem-solving, technical analysis, and working closely with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and analyse products returned under warranty.
  • Carry out inspections, testing, and technical assessments of returned units.
  • Raise and process warranty claims through internal systems.
  • Identify root causes of product failures and customer issues.
  • Produce detailed technical reports and findings.
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments to support claim resolution.
  • Carry out occasional customer site visits to support troubleshooting activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and testing methods.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within an engineering, manufacturing, workshop, technical support, or customer service environment.
  • Mechanical or mechatronics knowledge gained through qualifications or practical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to investigations.
  • Hydraulics knowledge would be advantageous.
  • SAP experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
