Warranty Specialist Analyst
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warranty Specialist Analyst to join a busy Customer Claims team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical background who enjoys fault finding, problem-solving, technical analysis, and working closely with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyse products returned under warranty.
- Carry out inspections, testing, and technical assessments of returned units.
- Raise and process warranty claims through internal systems.
- Identify root causes of product failures and customer issues.
- Produce detailed technical reports and findings.
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to support claim resolution.
- Carry out occasional customer site visits to support troubleshooting activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and testing methods.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within an engineering, manufacturing, workshop, technical support, or customer service environment.
- Mechanical or mechatronics knowledge gained through qualifications or practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to investigations.
- Hydraulics knowledge would be advantageous.
- SAP experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
