Quality & Compliance Co-Ordinator
Aberdare
£30,000 - £38,000
Yolk Recruitment is supporting a well-established manufacturing business with the recruitment of a Quality & Compliance Co-Ordinator.
They are looking for a proactive and detail-focused person to play a key role in maintaining and improving quality and compliance across the business. Working closely with teams throughout the site, you'll support the management of quality systems, investigate issues, ensure compliance with relevant standards and help drive continuous improvement.
This is what you'll be doing:
- Maintaining and improving the site's Business Management System (BMS), ensuring documentation and processes remain accurate and compliant.
- Supporting the maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 management systems.
- Managing quality concerns, non-conformances and quarantine processes.
- Investigating non-conformities using root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Monitoring quality data, KPIs, audit findings and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Preparing for and supporting internal, customer and external audits.
- Driving continuous improvement activities and promoting a strong culture of quality across the business.

The experience you'll need in this role:
- Previous experience within a Quality, Compliance, Continuous Improvement or Manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
- Experience investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Good understanding of root cause analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques.
- Experience analysing quality data and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Great organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
