Responsibilities
The successful Quality and Compliance Manager will be an experienced Quality Manager / Quality Engineer.
The Quality and Compliance Manager will be responsible for leading and developing quality assurance, compliance and H and S activities. This is an office-based role and will involve maintaining quality management systems and driving continuous improvement.
The Quality and Compliance Manager Role
- ISO9001: Maintenance and improvement
- Audit Programme: Plan and lead audit programme and carry out root-cause analysis for any non-conformities
- H and S: Oversee H and S Administrator
- HR: Working closely with senior management and external consultants
- Compliance Management
- Quality Risks: Assessment of quality risks
- Customer Complaints: Point of contact for customer complaints, supplier quality issues and third-party certification bodies
