Quality and Process Specialist

Who we’re looking for

We're looking for an experienced improvement professional who enjoys analysing complex problems, influencing stakeholders and delivering meaningful organisational change.

You will be comfortable working independently, engaging with stakeholders at all levels and using evidence-based recommendations to drive improvements. You'll bring strong analytical capability, a collaborative approach and the confidence to challenge existing ways of working constructively.

You will have:

• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Experience building or maintaining quality management systems.
• Experience using data and insight to inform recommendations and influence decision-making.
• Experience facilitating process mapping workshops and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders across a range of business functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes independently.
• Experience using process mapping methodologies and tools such as BPMN and Microsoft Visio.
• A degree or equivalent professional experience is essential. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification, or equivalent continuous improvement qualification, would be advantageous.

For colleagues who are not based within reasonable travelling distance of one of our office locations, this role can also be undertaken on a fully remote basis within the UK
