Job Description
The Company
At Everris we pride ourselves in being a complete solution provider that specializes in ornamental horticulture, turf and amenity, and specialty agriculture.
Location: Nutberry Moss Works DG12 6TY
Role Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and quality-focused Multi-Skilled Production & Quality Operator to support the safe and efficient operation of our production facility. The role combines production line operation with quality control activities to ensure products consistently meet customer and business standards. During peak periods, the successful candidate will provide additional support to quality testing and product verification activities across site.

Production Operations
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to achieve production targets.
- Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment to ensure optimum performance.
- Complete daily production records accurately.
- Assist with site improvement and housekeeping activities.
Quality Control
- Conduct routine quality inspections and product testing, including bulk density checks and other specified tests.
- Record and report quality results accurately.
- Escalate quality concerns and production anomalies promptly.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain product standards.
Site Support
- Operate forklifts and site vehicles safely.
- Support weighbridge activities where required.
- Provide operational cover across different site functions during periods of absence or increased demand.

Health & Safety
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Complete machine safety checks and record findings.
- Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Requirements
Essential
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Flexible approach to work across production and quality functions.
Desirable
- Forklift Truck Licence.
- Previous production, manufacturing, quality control, or laboratory experience.
- Experience working within a process manufacturing environment.
