Quality and Risk Manager
Location: London: The Harley Street Clinic (Campus)
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive + benefits
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Quality and Risk Manager to join our Governance team working across services at The Harley Street Campus comprising of The Harley Street Clinic and The Princess Grace Hospital.
As the Quality and Risk Manager, you will lead on the implementation and delivery of a range of clinical governance activities with a particular focus on risk, incidents and investigations, whilst supporting The Harley Street Campus to meet the regulatory requirements of external standards and inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on the implementation and delivery of a range of clinical governance activities.
- Focus on risk, incidents, and investigations.
- Support the campus in meeting regulatory requirements of external standards and inspections.
- Manage and coordinate investigations and responses of all incidents.
- Liaise with Heads of Department and the Senior Leadership Team.
- Ensure compliance to the Duty of Candour requirements.
- Develop systems and implement processes to ensure organizational wide learning.
Ideal Candidate
- Specialist resource with knowledge and experience of clinical governance.
- Focus on risk, complaints, and incident management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to implement change or new systems.
- Dynamic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in clinical governance.
