Quality and Training Lead

Location: Hybrid with regular travel across our nursery group

About Minoa Education

At Minoa Education, we believe exceptional outcomes for children start with exceptional people. As a growing nursery group, we're committed to creating environments where children thrive, teams feel valued and leaders are empowered to be the very best they can be.

We're now looking for an outstanding Quality and Training Lead to join our central team. Reporting directly to our Early Years Director, this is a newly created role with the opportunity to shape how quality improvement and professional development are delivered across our organisation. If you're passionate about coaching others, improving practice and building innovative learning programmes, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional quality role. Alongside supporting quality improvement across our nurseries, you'll lead two exciting strategic projects that will shape how our colleagues learn and develop for years to come.

You'll lead the development of our apprenticeship programme, creating an outstanding pathway that attracts, develops and supports future talent, from recruitment through to qualification. You'll implement and develop our Learning Management System (LMS), designing engaging learning experiences, building digital training pathways and creating a platform that inspires continuous learning across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
