Quality Associate (QMS)

UK Remote | Occasional Travel | Global Veterinary Pharmaceuticals

At Dechra, our purpose is simple: to sustainably improve animal health and welfare globally. We're looking for a Quality Systems Specialist to join our growing global Quality team and help drive the governance, optimisation and continuous improvement of our electronic Quality Management System, Veeva Quality Cloud.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in quality systems, document management, change control and digital quality platforms who wants to make a real impact within a collaborative, global organisation.

What You'll Do

  • Support the governance and continuous improvement of Dechra's global Quality Management System.
  • Help ensure processes remain compliant with GMP, GDP and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support Veeva Quality Cloud administration, enhancement and optimisation activities.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support system releases and new functionality deployments.
  • Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D and Digital teams to improve business processes and system utilisation.
  • Support onboarding of new sites and deployment of quality system initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, KPI reporting and management insights.
  • Analyse quality data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the harmonisation of quality processes across Dechra's global network.

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience supporting or administering Veeva Quality Cloud or a comparable electronic QMS.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Document Management
    • Change Control
    • Deviations / Quality Events
  • Experience working within a regulated GxP, GMP or GDP environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working with data, reporting and performance metrics.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience.

Location

UK Remote Occasional travel to Dechra sites, including meetings in the North West and occasional international travel.
