We are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Associate to join our team and help ensure quality remains at the heart of how Binnies operates. This is a varied role that will see you working across the business, collaborating with project teams and business divisions and supporting our continued commitment to high standards and effective ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
Working closely with colleagues across Binnies, you will provide vital quality and assurance support to the business, helping to maintain our standards and support effective ways of working. Your focus will include:
- Maintain Binnies’ certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Maintain Binnies’ Integrated Management System known as PROSYS
- Support quality management and assurances processes across the business
- Gather, analysis and report on quality related data
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with PROSYS
- Coordinate and host external audits
- Provide advice to Project Teams on quality-related matters
- Support Binnies’ journey towards ISO 27001 certification
- Support ProjectWise administration and configuration activities
- Support Business Divisions with governance and KPI monitoring
Essential Requirements
This role is suited to an experienced quality professional with a background in quality management, assurance or a related discipline. You should possess and be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- Previous experience working in a quality management or assurance role
- Good understanding of quality management systems and processes
- Experience of supporting or carrying out audits, with an understanding of audit principles and requirements
- Internal auditor training or qualification
- Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to gather, analyse and report on data effectively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work effectively with colleagues across the business
- Experience in the construction, engineering or consultancy sector is desirable, but not essential
