Chirk Court | Wrexham | 37 hours per week | £25,977.33 per annum

Are you highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about making a difference behind the scenes?

At Chirk Court, we're looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our friendly team and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our care home.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, working with data and reporting, maintaining accurate records and helping ensure services meet the highest quality and compliance standards.

You'll work closely with the Care Home Manager and wider team, providing essential administrative support that helps us deliver excellent care to our residents every day.

About Chirk Court

Chirk Court is a warm and welcoming residential care home located in the heart of Chirk, close to the Welsh-English border.

Home to older adults, including residents living with dementia, Chirk Court is designed around five smaller household-style communities, creating a calm and homely environment where residents are known as individuals and relationships matter.

What You'll Be Doing

This role is about much more than paperwork. You'll play a key role in keeping Chirk Court organised, compliant and running smoothly behind the scenes by:

  • Supporting managers with quality assurance and compliance reporting
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases and administrative systems
  • Monitoring training, qualifications and professional registrations
  • Managing staff files and helping keep compliance documentation up to date
  • Assisting with recruitment administration, onboarding and employment records
  • Producing reports, statistics and management information using IT systems and spreadsheets
  • Recording and monitoring incidents, accidents and audit information
  • Supporting health and safety processes, maintenance reporting and regulatory compliance
  • Managing correspondence, documentation and general office administration
  • Working closely with colleagues across the home to help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care

What We're Looking For

  • Are confident using Microsoft Office, databases and computer systems
  • Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
