Quality Assurance Administrator

Site: 4C LABS UK, Import & Distribution
Location: Remote, anywhere in the UK
Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 per annum

The Company

4C LABS is a fully licensed British-Canadian start-up working in the Medical Cannabis space. 4C LABS core business is curating and importing high quality, low-cost Medical Cannabis products to the UK and distributing these products to other distributors and UK pharmacies. We have exclusive global distribution partnerships with our Canadian suppliers and an extensive network of pharmacies, clinics, and distributors who we work with locally in the UK.

4C LABS is transforming access to medical cannabis through curated product relationships, local production, technology, and an ethos that always prioritises the well-being of the patient above all else. The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join the team. The individual will work closely with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure essential quality tasks are completed in a timely manner. The role encompasses establishing, preparing and organising documentation, procedures and other practices that are acceptable from a regulatory perspective. This includes but is not limited to, GMDP and Home Office regulations and WDA(H), MS and CD licenses.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the generation, investigation, tracking and completion of complaints, related incidents, deviations, CAPAs and change controls under appropriate oversight.
  • Complete ongoing due diligence checks of stakeholders and support annual stakeholder reviews.
  • Provide quality administrative support, including quality communications, inbox triage, completion of internal and external forms, and other administrative activities as required.
  • Assist in the preparation and participate in all Quality related meetings.
  • Assist Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager in maintaining compliance with quality processes.
  • Support in continual improvement of the quality management system.
  • Ensure continual inspection readiness of the operation according to GMDP.
  • Assist with the coordination and completion of annual stakeholder and product reviews, including the maintenance of supporting quality records and documentation.
  • Assist in the generation and completion of deviations, change controls, complaints and CAPAs.
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements in relation to the role.
  • Track SOP review cycles and assist in the process of creation and editing of SOPs & supporting documents.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required.

Experience

  • Degree in a scientific discipline desirable.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a GMDP environment is desirable, training will be provided.
  • Quality and compliance focused.
  • Experience of document management and administration.
  • Strong verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • A proactive and resourceful team player with ability to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Experience working to GxP standards is desirable, training will be provided.
  • Enthusiasm to learn about medicinal cannabis and local regulations pertaining to the role, training will be provided.
