About RTN Mental Health
Following a year of incredible growth, RTN Mental Health Solutions is continuing to expand the support we provide to clients throughout their diagnostic journey.
As a leading provider of ADHD and ASD diagnostic services, we are committed to delivering high-quality, accessible and compassionate assessments that make a meaningful difference to people’s lives. We are now looking for a detail-focused, organised and proactive Quality Assurance Administrator to join our growing Diagnostic Services team.
The Role
As our Quality Assurance Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, quality and smooth delivery of RTN’s diagnostic pathways.
You will be responsible for reviewing clinical diagnostic reports, supporting clinicians with report quality improvements, tracking client journeys and maintaining accurate records throughout the assessment pathway. Acting as a key link between clinical and administrative teams, you will help ensure every report meets RTN’s standards for quality, compliance and patient care.
Reporting to the Diagnostic Services team, you will contribute to maintaining excellent clinical governance standards while identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce delays and enhance the overall client experience.

- Review clinical diagnostic reports to ensure accuracy, completeness and alignment with RTN’s quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with clinicians to request clarifications, amendments or additional information where required, providing clear and professional guidance.
- Ensure reports meet internal governance, compliance and documentation requirements before progressing through the pathway.
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails to support high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.
Diagnostic Pathway Management
- Track client assessment journeys, ensuring cases progress efficiently through each stage of the diagnostic pathway.
- Monitor waiting times, identify delays or bottlenecks, and escalate issues appropriately to support timely resolution.
- Maintain visibility of pathway progress and ensure key performance indicators are achieved.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
