We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our Technical Team. The role is on a fixed term contract for 6 months.

This is what you will do

To assist the QA Manager and members of the QA Department in providing administrative support for the department.

This role is a six month fixed term contract

You will be responsible for

  • To assist the QA Department in maintaining the company Quality systems
  • To compile and review all batch release documentation in preparation for review and release by the QA team
  • To review and assess product temperature excursions from labelled storage limits to determine any potential impact on product quality
  • To handle internal and external departmental enquiries, via telephone or email and to refer as appropriate
  • Process product quality complaints, supporting investigations and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions
  • To manage stationery and PO generation and management in SAP for the department
  • To perform general filing, archiving and indexing
  • To arrange meetings and travel bookings
  • Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in line with regulatory and company standards
  • To perform other duties as required

You will need to have

The role requires experience of working in an administration role, not necessarily within the Pharmaceutical industry. Candidates should be familiar (but not an expert) with the scope of the Quality Assurance within the organisation.

The role requires an organised and logical approach, proven skills in office administration, organisation, data handling and to be a good communicator. Additionally, the role requires a good level of computer literacy.

Manchester

The role is head office based 3 days in the office up to 2 days work from home, however our office is being refurbished and all colleagues have been asked to work permanently from home from 28 September for 12 weeks only.
