The Role

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join our growing team at Usay Compare.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality to play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of advice and service. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing client interactions
  • Supporting advisor development
  • Helping maintain compliance standards across the business

What You Will Be Doing

  • Listening to and reviewing client interactions to ensure advice is accurate, appropriate, and aligned with customer needs
  • Identifying areas for improvement in product recommendations and advisor performance
  • Monitoring compliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, ensuring all advice and documentation meets required standards
