The Role
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join our growing team at Usay Compare.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality to play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of advice and service. You’ll be responsible for:
- Reviewing client interactions
- Supporting advisor development
- Helping maintain compliance standards across the business
What You Will Be Doing
- Listening to and reviewing client interactions to ensure advice is accurate, appropriate, and aligned with customer needs
- Identifying areas for improvement in product recommendations and advisor performance
- Monitoring compliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, ensuring all advice and documentation meets required standards

- A basic salary of £26,228
- 26 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 28 days after 2 years’ service)
