Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our Engineering Team. The role involves software testing, test automation, API testing, and contributing to the development of reusable automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop test strategies, test plans, and automation scripts.
  • Execute functional, regression, API, and end-to-end testing.
  • Identify, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with developers.
  • Manage test cases, evidence, traceability, and defects using Jira/Xray.
  • Maintain testing documentation in Confluence.
  • Prepare clear test reports and communicate risks and findings to stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide regular testing updates.
  • Contribute to building and enhancing the test automation framework.

Essential Skills

  • 6+ years of software testing/quality engineering experience.
  • Strong automation experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • API automation experience using REST Assured or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Postman or Bruno.
  • Good understanding of Agile, testing methodologies, and defect management.
  • Experience with Jira/Xray.
