We're Hiring | Quality Assurance
📍 Location: Reading, Berkshire
We're looking for an experienced Quality professional to join Calibre Scientific at our Reading site. This is a great opportunity to take an active role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System, supporting regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement across the business.
🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Manage document control, CAPA, nonconformances, change control, and risk management.
- Support regulatory and certification audits.
- Coordinate quality training and monitor quality KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to improve processes and maintain compliance.
- Support supplier quality assurance and production documentation.

🎯 What We're Looking For
- Experience within an ISO 9001/13485 certified or medical device environment.
- Good understanding of Quality Management Systems and associated processes.
- Experience supporting audits and continuous improvement activities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with electronic QMS platforms would be advantageous.
