Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is working with a leading corporate housing provider who are looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their UK team.
You will coordinate pre-arrival property inspections with suppliers across the UK, review inspection reports, identify any issues and work with suppliers to ensure properties meet the required standards before guest check-in.

- Coordinate pre-arrival inspections with suppliers across the UK.
- Review inspection reports and ensure properties meet quality standards.
- Identify and follow up on any issues with suppliers.
- Manage inspection schedules, bookings, and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback.
- Support reporting and ongoing process improvements.
Requirements

- Experience in Corporate Housing, Relocation, Hospitality, Property, Real Estate, or a similar sector.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Confident communicating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and related systems.
