Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Testing and MuleSoft Integration Testing
- UI Testing and Database Testing
- Playwright with TypeScript Automation
- Analyse business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute Manual, Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and End-to-End testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Validate customer journeys across retail banking applications, including:
- Current Accounts
- Savings Accounts
- Mortgage Origination and Servicing
- Personal Lending
- Customer Onboarding and KYC
- Online and Mobile Banking
- Perform API and database testing to ensure data integrity and seamless integration between systems.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Track, report, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Support UAT, production releases, and post-release validations

Required Technical Skills
Manual & Functional Testing
- Strong experience in: Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, UAT Support, Smoke & Sanity Testing
- Expertise in test planning, test execution, and defect lifecycle management.

Automation Testing
- Hands-on experience with one or more tools:
- Selenium WebDriver
- Cypress
- Playwright
- UFT
- Experience with automation frameworks:
- TestNG
- JUnit
- Cucumber
- BDD
- Hybrid/Data-Driven Frameworks
- Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
API Testing
- Experience with: Postman, REST Assured, Swagger, SOAP UI
- Validation of REST and SOAP APIs.
