The Role
- Validate releases and identify issues before production
- Ensure solutions perform reliably across software, networking, cloud, and embedded platforms
- Work closely with engineering teams to investigate defects and test real-world scenarios
- Help drive product quality across the entire technology stack
- Execute test plans across firmware, networking, cloud, and management platforms
- Identify edge cases and failure scenarios

What You'll Need
- Experience testing networking, embedded, or distributed systems
- Linux troubleshooting and diagnostic experience
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPNs, and routing
- Knowledge of LTE, 5G, SIMs, APNs, and cellular connectivity
- Strong defect reproduction and root-cause analysis skills
- Must be eligible and willing to undergo security clearance
