Role & Company Overview
Our client, a leading SaaS company, are looking for a QA Engineer. You will have the ability to get an in-depth understanding of the operation of the product, related customer processes and governance procedures as well as a passion for creating complex testing solutions and for continuously improving the quality of the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Managed end-to-end testing activities, including functional, regression, and system testing across multiple releases.
- Applied a proactive and analytical approach to testing, identifying issues beyond standard "happy path" scenarios.
- Set up, configured, and maintained test environments to support effective and efficient testing cycles.
- Designed, developed, and maintained comprehensive manual test scripts and test cases.
- Assessed the regression impact of release changes and planned testing activities accordingly to mitigate risk.
- Provided accurate effort estimates for user story testing, regression testing, and release cycles.

Requirements
- 5+ years QA experience in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in manual & Automation testing techniques and methodologies
- Testing across multiple browsers
- Experience of using tools such as ALM Octane, JIRA
- Platforms: Linux, Android, iOS
This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week onsite in Wokingham and 2 days working from home.
