Junior QA Engineer | Up to £40,000 | London
About the Company:
We’ve partnered with Five Sigma, a growing financial technology business helping investors, originators and asset owners manage private-credit and asset-backed-finance transactions through its proprietary platform, ABIDE. Technology is central to the business, with the team continuing to invest in building and improving its products.
About the Role:
Joining the technology team as a Junior QA Engineer, you’ll work closely with developers and Product to test new features, identify bugs and help ensure the platform works as expected.
The role will be primarily manual testing to begin with, making this a good opportunity for someone early in their QA career who wants to build their experience. Over time, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn automation, API testing and other technical areas of QA with support from the existing team.

We’re looking for someone with around 1–2 years of QA or testing experience who is naturally curious, good at problem-solving and enjoys thinking about how things could go wrong. Web application testing experience would be particularly useful.

What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years' experience in QA or software testing
- Good understanding of manual testing and writing test cases
- A logical, curious approach to problem-solving and edge cases
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Any exposure to APIs, SQL or automation would be a bonus
