The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) is in place and it is embedded on the business processes, focusing on consistently meeting consumer / customer requirements and enhancing their satisfaction. Presenting to the business the benefits of the QMS and driving its continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Support of the Packaging and Manufacturing Quality Manager with the Strategic Quality Planning.
- Contributing to improve and maintain a high quality and food safety maturity level within the Andover Site.
- Becoming a Subject Matter Expert for specific tools within the Quality and Food Safety function.
- Monitoring of the FSMS and QMS Objectives, KPIs and driving the continues improvements.
- Managing of Non-Conformance – supporting root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, concessions, risk assessments, reporting and closure as part of the FSMS/QMS.
- Responsible for the Document Management System for the Andover Site as part of the QMS.
- Responsible for the Audits Management Systems:
- Monitoring and assurance of completion.
- Support, plan and implement corrective and preventive actions on time and fully.
- Implementation of standards (Organic/ ISO/ FSSC) and management of the processes.
- Management of ASC HACCP Plan as a deputy Team Lead.
- Management and support of the Integrated Good Practices Management System.
- Interaction and action into any blending, logistic and on-line quality issues in conjunction with Manufacturing and RM team.
- Support the implementation of new product and continuous improvement projects from Quality and Food safety point of view.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years operational experience in FMCG industry.
- Have experience with Quality Management System.
- Demonstrable success in audits against internal standard / by third party.
- Have experience of designing and delivering training packages and working as a supplier of training solutions.
- University Degree in Sciences or Math & English or equivalent experience.
- Food safety qualification (or other recognised by past employer).
- You will have strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
- You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present detailed information to all levels.
- You will be self-motivated and capable of delivering results in line with the business needs, constantly looking for opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness.
