Lead the quality strategy behind the technology that keeps Dreams moving.
As our Quality Assurance Lead, you'll shape and drive quality assurance across our technology estate, ensuring solutions are delivered to the highest standards. You'll lead a team of QA professionals, champion automation and continuous improvement, and help build a quality-first culture across Technology.
You'll also manage our strategic testing partner, ensuring testing services support business priorities, quality standards and successful delivery.
How you'll help the nation sleep better
- Define and evolve Dreams' testing strategy, standards and quality framework.
- Lead, coach and develop the QA team.
- Own testing across projects, system enhancements and technology change initiatives.
- Drive test automation and modern quality engineering practices.
- Oversee testing for Dynamics 365, ecommerce, digital platforms, integrations and business systems.
- Monitor quality metrics, defect trends and release readiness.
- Manage relationships with testing partners and suppliers.
- Champion continuous improvement and a quality-first mindset across Technology.

The dream qualities
We're dreaming of someone who's:
- An experienced QA, Testing or Quality Engineering leader.
- Proven in building and developing high-performing testing teams.
- Experienced in defining testing strategies and quality frameworks.
- Knowledgeable in Agile delivery and software development lifecycles.
- A confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills.
- Experienced in managing third-party testing suppliers.
You'll also bring:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience testing retail, ecommerce or digital platforms.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and testing tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Understanding of API, integration and data testing.
