WE’RE HIRING – QUALITY MANAGER | TEESSIDE
FJ Booth Construction Ltd is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team on a major project in the Teesside area.
We’re looking for a quality professional with a strong background in structural steelwork, fabrication and welding, who is comfortable working within a demanding major-project environment and engaging directly with clients, inspectors and project teams.
Key experience we’re looking for:
- Structural steelwork fabrication and erection
- CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2 Welding Inspector
- ISO 9001, EN 1090 and ISO 3834
- Structural steelwork up to EXC3
- ITPs, LTQRs, NCRs and quality documentation
- WPSs, WPQRs and welder qualifications
- NDT coordination and weld/material traceability
- Client inspections, audits and quality meetings
- A strong Right First Time and continuous improvement approach

Previous experience as a Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC) and/or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor would be advantageous.
