One of the projects I've been working on recently has been redesigning our Quality Assurance Manager role. Not just updating a job description...redefining what success looks like.
Too often, Quality roles become long lists of responsibilities and compliance requirements. Of course, standards matter. ISO matters. GMP matters. Audits matter. ESG matters. But great Quality leadership is about much more than maintaining systems.
At Lianhetech, we're looking for someone who can:
- Build quality into the way we work, not simply inspect it afterwards.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering and Technical teams to solve problems rather than create obstacles.
- Lead with credibility, pragmatism and sound judgement.
- Protect our customers, products and reputation while enabling the business to perform.

Operating within a COMAH environment and manufacturing chemicals for the Pharmaceutical and Crop Protection markets means quality has to be robust, but it also has to be practical. We need someone who understands risk, can make balanced decisions and knows that the best Quality professionals' influence is through collaboration rather than authority.
