Quality Assurance Manager

Aylesbury £50,000 - £60,000 On-site

Are you an experienced Quality professional looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-growing manufacturing environment? Our client is an innovative manufacturer known for delivering high-quality products to a global customer base. They are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead quality operations across manufacturing and laboratory functions, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement are maintained throughout the business.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will act as the key link between Quality Assurance, Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain, promoting a quality-first culture across the organisation. This is a highly visible leadership position where you'll drive quality performance, lead investigations, and support operational excellence across the site. You will lead a team of Quality professionals, oversee non-conformance and deviation investigations, manage out-of-specification testing, support batch release activities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
