ICQA/Admin Manager

Salary: £60,000

A leading organisation within the HVAC/R and wider supply-chain sector is seeking a Supply Chain ICQA Manager to strengthen product availability, inventory integrity, and operational quality across its warehouse network. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys improving processes, and takes pride in accuracy, control, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Role

You will lead product procurement, inventory space management, operational systems support, inventory control, and quality assurance across assigned warehouses or network sites. Your work ensures stock records are accurate, controls are strong, and recurring issues are identified and resolved.

You’ll collaborate closely with Procurement, Planning, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Systems/Digital, and other teams to improve supply reliability and support a smooth, dependable operation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Procurement

  • Manage daily procurement and convert requirements into timely, accurate purchase orders.
  • Maintain ordering parameters aligned with demand, inventory policy, and supplier lead times.
  • Monitor supplier performance, shortages, and delivery risks.
  • Work with internal teams and suppliers to improve reliability and avoid excess stock.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
