Quality Assurance Manager

You'll work closely with project teams, customers, suppliers, and business leaders, helping to ensure that quality remains at the heart of decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

What Will Your Day Look Like?
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as the customer's representative within project and bid teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting quality performance to support successful project delivery.
- Encouraging and developing best practice across programmes and functions.
- Identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Planning and conducting project audits and surveillance activities in line with Project Quality Plans and audit strategies.
- Promoting a positive quality culture throughout the business.
Experience & Technical Knowledge

Essential
- Experience working within a quality assurance, regulated, or continuous improvement environment.
- Sound knowledge of current quality standards, practices, and methodologies.
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and certification requirements.
Desirable
- Quality assurance experience within project, design, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience collaborating across multi-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
- Qualified auditor status or equivalent auditing experience.
Security Clearance
This role will require SC Clearance. It would be advantageous if currently held, however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant will undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance. Please visit the UKSV website for further guidance.
To be eligible for full SC, you generally need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years. In some circumstances, a minimum of 3 years’ residence in the UK over the last 5 years may be accepted, with additional overseas checks.
