Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: London
Salary: £38,210 to £41,574 per annum (depending on experience)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time - 35 hours per week. Working Pattern: Hybrid (40% office-based, remainder remote).

Our prestigious dance teaching society is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Quality Assurance team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering dance examinations and teaching qualifications around the world, supporting teachers and examiners/assessors and our Approved Dance Centres (ADCs). You will be at the heart of our operations, helping ensure all our key result and assessment outcome processes are delivered on-time and to quality.

- Delivering the assessment results and outcomes that support dancers worldwide
- Develop expertise in assessment processes and systems, regulatory compliance and improving processes and procedures
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Work with Head of Department on the monitoring of systems and processes to ensure the maintenance of quality and standards and the continuous review of departmental policies and procedures
- Manage the operational delivery of the quality assurance function including the maintenance of accurate data and records.
- Manage, develop and motivate colleagues in the QA team to support our members and deliver high-quality results.
- Oversee efficient, time-dependent delivery of results and certification of qualifications.
- Manage the quality assurance activities for our ADCs delivering our regulated teaching qualifications.
- Oversee Quality Assurance engagement with our external subject experts, including examiners, lead teams, assessors and external quality assurers.
- Manage delivery of assessment activities for our teaching qualifications, including standardisation, moderation and assessment board activities.
- Oversee key post-results services for us, including Enquiries and Appeals, Special consideration and Application of Reasonable adjustment processes
- Communicating clearly and supporting members to use our processes and policies
- Proactively resolving issues and escalating where needed
