Quality Assurance Manager - £80,000 - Hybrid (London 2-3 days per week)
Please note: This role requires candidates to be able to commute into the office 2-3 days per week in London and does not offer sponsorship. Candidates must have the full right to work in the UK.
La Fosse has partnered with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance Manager into an established team.
This role will be responsible for defining and overseeing the overall testing strategy across a complex lending platform, with a strong focus on customer journeys and business outcomes. While the position is not hands-on, candidates must have a strong understanding of automation, test governance, and the end-to-end testing lifecycle to effectively lead testing activities across multiple teams.

The successful candidate will be a strong stakeholder manager, capable of building relationships across both business and technology functions, driving quality standards, and ensuring successful delivery throughout the testing cycle.
Key requirements:
- Experience leading testing across complex, customer-facing platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build relationships and gain business buy-in.
- Experience owning end-to-end testing across full delivery lifecycles.
- Understanding of customer journeys, ideally within lending or financial services.
- Experience working in Agile environments with sprint-based delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
- Ability to coordinate testing across business, technology, and third-party teams.
- Strong test governance, planning, and defect management experience.
- Experience working alongside outsourced automation testing providers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills within complex delivery environments.
