We are recruiting for a Construction Quality Assurance Manager to join a respected UK Principal Contractor, working on a project in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction QA Manager who is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard while advancing their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project quality plans, procedures, and inspection regimes.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews of construction activities.
  • Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee quality documentation, testing records, and project handover packages.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to drive quality performance.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and promote a right-first-time culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and auditing processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and construction industry standards.

Salary

£70,000 - £80,000 (Dependent on Experience)
