Quality Manager
On-site in Birmingham | Full Time, Permanent

Drive Quality Excellence in a Thriving Manufacturing Environment

Are you an experienced Quality professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We are seeking a proactive and driven standalone Quality Manager to lead and develop our Quality Management System, ensure compliance with industry standards, and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

Despite the title, this role has no direct management responsibilities. Instead, we're looking for someone who is comfortable being the driving force behind quality within the business. You'll be the go-to expert for all things quality, taking full ownership of the Quality Management System while working closely with production, engineering, suppliers, customers, and senior leadership.

This opportunity would particularly suit someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and the ability to influence business-wide improvements without the people management element often associated with management-level roles.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
