Quality Assurance Officer

Are you experienced in quality assurance, auditing, or performance monitoring, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving services? Join us as a Quality Assurance Officer and help us identify what’s working well, where things can improve, and how we can turn learning into better experiences for our customers.

You’ll deliver quality assurance audits across our operational services, carrying out both desktop and onsite audits to assess the quality of our services and identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll also help investigate incidents, service failures, complaints, and Housing Ombudsman determinations, working with colleagues to understand what happened and make sure learning is embedded.

This is a varied role where you’ll work with teams across the business, using data, evidence, and your own judgement to identify trends and support meaningful service improvements. You’ll build positive relationships with colleagues and customers, contribute to performance and impact reporting, and support internal and external audits, including our annual Consumer Standards self-assessment.

We’re looking for someone who is confident analyzing information, spotting opportunities to improve, and working with others to turn findings into action. You’ll be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities, with the confidence to work independently and meet deadlines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
