QA Engineer
Location: London - Fully Remote
QA Engineer required by a thriving Digital Agency who are working with one of their key clients - a well-known hospitality chain in the UK, on a huge multi-year IT transformation programme.
This QA Engineer role is key in delivering high-quality mobile and web applications, and the ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both manual and automation QA engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and implementing manual and automation testing strategies for mobile and web applications.
- Developing and maintaining test plans, cases, and automated scripts.
- Executing functional and performance tests.
- Identifying, reporting, and troubleshooting defects.
- Ensuring seamless integration of tests within CI/CD pipelines.
- Documenting testing processes.
- Contributing to continuous improvements.
- Collaborating with teams to uphold quality standards.

Technical Skills & Experience Required:
- 5+ years of QA engineering experience across both manual and automation testing.
- Expertise in testing complex mobile and web applications.
- Experience with WebdriverIO and Appium.
- Strong understanding of BDD/Gherkin methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple digital projects concurrently.
- High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Benefits:
