About the Company
Dandelion Civilization develops an AI-powered platform for talent assessment, employee development and human capital management. Our products combine digital simulations, behavioural analytics and AI, and are built by a distributed international team.
As our product portfolio grows, we are looking for a Technical Project / QA Specialist to help keep delivery organised and ensure that new functionality meets agreed requirements and quality standards.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining technical project coordination with hands-on quality assurance.
You will work closely with Product and Engineering, helping to track delivery, clarify requirements, coordinate priorities and test new functionality before release.
The role is well suited to someone who understands software development, enjoys structured testing and is comfortable working across several technical workstreams at the same time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical tasks, priorities, timelines and dependencies.
- Track delivery of product features and technical initiatives.
- Review requirements and acceptance criteria before development and testing.
- Perform functional, regression and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document and track defects.
- Reproduce reported issues and provide clear, structured information to developers.
- Support release readiness and post-release verification.
- Maintain QA documentation, test cases and checklists.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
