Internal Quality Assurer
The Role
The Internal Quality Assurer will work in partnership with and take day to day direction from the Chief Examiner.
The Internal Quality Assurer may contribute to the development of assessment materials and end-point assessment processes and/or fulfil specific roles within the end-point assessment process, as described in the relevant assessment plan.
The Internal Quality Assurer will deliver Internal Quality Assurance of assessors in accordance with our IQA policy. This will include the confirmation of assessor suitability, induction of new assessors, IQA of assessments and the standardisation of assessors.

About you
- have recent relevant experience of the occupation or sector to at least the level of the respective standard, gained in the last 3 years or significant experience of the occupation or sector
- have, maintain and be able to evidence up-to-date knowledge and expertise of the occupation
- hold a recognised IQA qualification and be confident in delivering effective feedback to assessors
